The Glasgow Life Photo Library holds images from the collections of Glasgow Museums and Glasgow Libraries and Archives. Glasgow Life use System Simulation's AssetIndex+ Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) and publish records from this to a customised AssetIndex+ website. The website includes our E-commerce module, which enables website visitors to buy prints and digital images.

The AssetIndex+ desktop application harvests object data from existing databases, including a Mimsy system. Data is then published from this combined database to the website. Reporting is available through the integration of Crystal reports, and purchasing through integration with WorldPay. System Simulation is strong on integration and interoperability between different systems, and has a number of APIs.
